I have completely fallen off the wagon. The FlyLady wagon that is.
My sink is full of dirty dishes. My hotspots are buried under so much assorted crap I can’t even see them anymore. I have no idea what dinner will be tonight. I was up for over 2 hours before I got dressed, and I had to go down to the laundry room to even find a shirt. My shoes are on the other side of the room. I don’t even know where my control journal is. Oh, and I have dust bunnies the size of tumble weeds!
How did I fall so far, so fast? A large combination of things could take the blame, but blame doesn’t matter right? I should just “jump right in where I am now”. Ugh. Just the thought of setting my timer for 10 minutes and clearing my hotspots makes me want to cry.
How about my fairy godmother comes and rescues me with a flick of her magic wand. Please? I don’t even know where to begin, and I don’t have the energy to try.

I think it’s contagious;) my dinning room table has disappeared under bills, newspapers and toys.

I don’t know much about the FlyLady, but I wonder if she has ever had kids! I mean, come on now!! Who can expect a pregnant woman with a little one under foot to keep her house in order, much less sparkling?!?! I had only one child…and that one was more than enough, thank you!…and I had a terrible time with just making sure we didn’t trip on toys and had plenty of paper plates for meals!! Don’t beat yourself over the head, dear lady. You have a lot on your plate and there is just so much a body can do. Besides, this hasn’t been the easiest pregnancy in the world, right? The house will be there in all of its “unglory” while your kids will grow up faster than you could ever imagine. Hygiene is one thing, spotless housekeeping is another. Relax already and put your feet up!

perhaps you just need a change of view, you can come over here and clean our house, it is smaller and could you a small sense of accomplishment. i know you will say no but it is at least worth my effort to try.
or you can just wait for obama to win and spend the middle class tax break on a cleaning service.
